The scan says "No face found" or "Needs more light"

• Face a window or soft light and avoid light from above.
• Look straight at the camera, keep your head level and relax your face.
• Take off glasses and move hair off your forehead if you can.
• Or choose a photo from your gallery.

Results look different from one scan to the next

Small differences come from light and angle. Visagely measures ratios, not beauty. Scan a few times on different days; you can compare scans in History.

Reminders or the widget do not appear

• Allow notifications for Visagely in Android Settings → Apps → Visagely → Notifications.
• Some phones stop background work to save battery. Set battery use for Visagely to Unrestricted.

Premium, restore and cancel

• Restore: open Premium and tap Restore (use the same Google account).
• Cancel: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Visagely.

Delete my data

Everything is stored on your phone. Use More → Settings → Delete all scans, or uninstall the app.
