Privacy Policy

Visagely: Face Reading Fun · Effective October 28, 2026

Visagely is an Android app published by TNPixel ("we", "us"). The short version: your face is measured on your phone and the photo is never saved or uploaded. Visagely has no account and no server of ours that stores your data. This policy lists what is processed and by whom.

What stays on your device

• Camera and photos. When you scan, the live camera image (or the photo you pick with the system photo picker) is analysed on your phone by Google ML Kit Face Detection. The image is not saved, not uploaded and not shown to anyone. The app keeps only numbers (ratios such as face length to width) so you can see your history.
• Your scans' numbers, profiles, moles you place yourself, lessons, collected cards, settings and daily streak are stored in the app's private storage. We do not receive them and cannot read them.
• Visagely does not identify people, does not compare you with a database, and does not infer gender, ethnicity, health, age or attractiveness.
• Spoken readings use your phone's built-in text-to-speech engine.
• Reminders (optional) are local notifications scheduled on your phone. The home-screen widget is drawn locally.
• Optional app lock uses Android's biometric / screen-lock prompt. We never receive your biometric data.
• Share card, poster PDF and backup file. They are created on your phone and shared only through the app you choose. A backup file is saved to a place you choose.
• QR exchange. A QR code contains only the numbers of one scan and an optional first name you typed. Scanning a friend's QR uses Google's code scanner on your phone.

Services used by the app

• Google ML Kit (face detection and code scanner) runs on your device.
• Google AdMob shows ads to free users. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, approximate location (from IP address) and usage data to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and similar regions you are asked for consent through Google's consent form. AdMob never receives your camera image or face numbers. Premium removes ads.
• Google Play processes payments. We use RevenueCat, a service provider, to manage Premium. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, your purchase and subscription status and basic technical information (app version, device model, OS and country). We do not receive your name, email or payment details.

Permissions

• Camera: only while the scan or a camera game is open. Never in the background.
• Internet: ads and purchases.
• Notifications: optional reminders.
• Biometric: optional app lock.

Visagely does not use your location, microphone, contacts or files. Photo selection uses the system photo picker, so the app only sees the photo you choose.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of our own.
• We do not sell your personal data and we do not use face data for advertising.

Children

Visagely is not directed to children under 13 and requires users to confirm they are 13 or older. A "kid mode" profile exists only for a parent to use with their child on the parent's phone; it saves numbers only on that phone and turns off sharing.

Your choices and rights

• Delete everything in More → Settings → Delete all scans, delete one scan or profile, or uninstall the app.
• Change ad consent in the consent form when it appears, and reset or limit your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
• Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and similar laws, including laws on biometric data) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal data. We hold no profile about you and no face data; for data held by Google or RevenueCat, contact them or write to us and we will help.

Entertainment only

Readings are for fun. They are not predictions, advice, medical or psychological assessments, and must not be used for hiring, lending, security or any real decision.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app or on its Google Play page.
